Friday 20060505 - Paul Oakenfold @ Zouk

rushed home after work (and port wine in office)... decided to have my favourite walnut and banana bread for dinner... took some vanilla vodka + root beer before heading to Zouk to meet Kerry and Kit...

there was a slight jam along CTE from Ang Mo Kio Ave 3 to Ang Mo Kio Ave 1 cos cars were going to Serangoon stadium for the Worker's Party final rally before the polls tomorrow...



it's my first time in Zouk before 9:10pm... paid our dues and got our stamps... the cover charge before 10pm was S$18... BUT the catch was you have to finish your two drinks before 11pm... tough...

Kit had his dinner at Great World City food court, while Kerry and i had fruits...

we went back to Zouk at around 10:15pm so as to allow ourselves ample time to finish our drinks by 11pm... we had a jug of vodka lime...by which time i was quite hyper... started dancing from 11:30pm... Paul Oakenfold started spinning at 1am... very late lor... his kind of trance music was quite difficult to dance to... didn't really move much... met up with Roy on the dance floor... he was with his friends... Nick was there with his friends too... and he was "dirty-dancing" with a very fat lady as well as another couple...

we left Zouk at 3:30am... had our roti prata at River Valley...



after supper... it was home to sleep...
