Vivocity - A Report...

one word to describe it... HUGE... and it's beautiful... from the outside and the inside...

on the outside, besides the 7 art pieces, there are plenty of water... there's a knee-deep pool for kids (and adults) to play in...

1. Tangs is pretty... i like the "cheena-looking" metal grilles...
2. GV is HUGE... spacious... and at the same time cosy... you see friendly ushers / counter sales people with their million-dollar smiles that make your movie-going experience a pleasure...
3. Crystal Jade looks ultra high-class... with the gorgeous lamps and chairs...
4. Tung Lok is opening a stall there too... with their signature dishes... i wonder how much a dinner will cost...
5. Candy Empire... what can i say... a treat for all the sweet tooth homosapiens... Vince kept reminding me of the calories in them... hahahaha...
6. Kim Gary HK Cafe is opening an outlet here... cannot wait... every time i visit Kuala Lumpur, i have to make a trip to Kim Gary for a meal... my ritual... the food is simply sedap... far much better than the HK cafes in Singapore that have been popping out like bubble tea outlets now...

Vince said he won't be back mainly due to the location and inaccessibility from the East...
but i know that i'll definitely be back...

with the school holidays coming soon in November and December, i cannot wait to see how they will transform Vivocity to be a place for kids and their parents to spend their holidays in...
and for me to spend my Christmas in...

but before that, remember that the Grand Opening is on 1 December 2006...
