Performance Bonus...

the day has finally arrived...
the payout this year was much better than last year...
due to the bull market...
however, a number of the Managers were not satisfied, me included...
we expected more...

performance bonus is based on past performance / achievements...
there is no linkage to responsibilities / skills / qualities...
such aspects from the basis for the annual increment...
an exercise that touches on potential...
