Colbie Callait Showcase @ Movida...

got 2 VIP invites to the showcase...
got Kerry to join me...
my first time to St James Powerstation...
quite a nice experience...
except for the queuing part to collect the invites...

VIP has its privileges...
free flow of Grand Master Flash...
some potent concoction that i can still feel inside me after 3 hours...
free flow of cranberry, orange or lime juice...
free flow of soft drinks...
and they had finger food for free too!!

i first heard Colbie while watching MTV in the hotel room in Jakarta...
Bubbly blew my mind away with its simple tune...
sort of reminded me of Juno the movie...

quite a nice showcase...
and her songs made me feel lovey dovey...

the showcase was rather short...
less than an hour...
even the waiting time took more than that...
we didn't stay for the Up Close With Colbie session...
needed to feed the stomach...
had dinner at Asian Kitchen Vivocity...
before heading home...
