well... AI does not mean Artificial Intelligence... AI = Annual Increment in this case...

finally got my AI today cos it's payday... about 15% increase from my currect pay... 15.49% to be exact... not really meeting my own target considering it was also a promotion cum re-designation to Audit Manager... but then again, coming from a company that doesn't provide time-off for staff to seek medical treatment, what more could i ask for?

Kerry said dat i was being dis-contented... i didn't deny that...

Chris, the HR lady, commented that this year was much better than last year (which was 10.94% for me)... better, i agree... much better, i don't think so lor...

but then again... is it necessarily true that one can tell how a company views values the importance of an employee from the salary? or from the designation? or from the roles and responsibilities? or from the empowerment given?

anyway, time to start re-thinking my plans and what i want to do...
