was expecting a simple sob-sob story of a getai singer...
but was overwhelmed by the exaggerated costumes, special effects and techno music...
the hilarity of the fights between the two getai groups made the film lost its focus on the lives of the getai singers...

the soundtrack saved the movie...
the songs were nice and catchy...
the ending where small papaya died was a tearjerker...
overall, still a watchable movie...
although the acting could have been better...

admire the amount of efforts the director and cast have put into to publicise the movie...
and that it was doing well at the box office...
kudos to the audience who are supporting local productions...
