Another One Bites The Dust...
another colleague from the other Department tendered her resignation...
she is the most senior in the Department...
she is the 8th or 9th casualty since the Director came in...
and we are expecting more to come...
she is the most gentle and patient one among them, yet she cannot stand the Director...
i finally believe the saying that most of the time, people quit our bosses (not the money or the job)...
but what do you do if you are the boss whom people are quitting from??
time for reflection??

Haaaa....... there's sources that the "fake director" already looking out for new job liao. LOL
but hor, the Real director will never accept that she's 1 of the reasons for high resignations for depts in her charge.
