Lou Hei...

as my elder brother is heading to The Philippines from Wednesday, my family last minute decided on a dinner at Beach Road’s Parkroyal Hotel...
this is our favourite place for buffet dinner...
because of the sashimi, multiple prata flavours, drunken prawns, oysters and of course the salmon lou hei...
we had two rounds of lou hei since it was part of the buffet...
the second one was prepared by the Indian chef and tasted not as good as the first...
think he forgot to include some ingredients...
i topped it all off with a one-person portion at the end of the meal...
literally 3 lou hei in one dinner... lolz...
