Trust...

submitted my OT to HR two weeks ago... it was late, no doubt, cos slipped my mind...

was in KL over the weekend of 23 to 24 April 2005... last minute decision by boss to accede to the Malaysian office's request to review their submission to the authorities... was working like mad over the weekend...

the HR Manager asked me if i really worked over the weekend? reminded her that she saw me when i returned on 25 April (Monday) and was asking how come i looked so tired... this episode set me thinking:

1. will i cheat on the company of two days of OT? by the way, they are not paying me... just crediting the 16 hours to my yearly requirement of 70 hours...
2. is there any basic trust in me as a senior officer (now the audit manager) of the company?

sigh... or am i too petty to get upset over this?!
